What made it possible for the Nazis to transform Germany into a dictatorship and what choices did individuals have in the face of this emerging dictatorship? Analyze the way the Nazi party worked to dismantle the foundations of democracy and the roles institutions such as the media, law enforcement, schools, churches and industry, played in attempting to sustain democracy or enabling its destruction.
